Welcome to The Laboratorio,
located between the sea and the lagoon of the protected Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve.
This is not a hotel.
It is a place to return to what is essential.
We offer an immersive environment where presence and simplicity guides the experience.
THE STORY
The Laboratorio is surrounded by wild nature and almost nothing else. All we can hear around is the waves crashing against the shore, the birds singing and the wind whispering. The perfect setting to reconnect with the essence of life.
Our aim is to inspire our guest to be healthier on every level, from the mind to the body and vis versa. We are developing our own program called Rebirth, focusing on gut cleansing and daily habits to live a healthier and happier life.
This is why it's called The Laboratorio,
Here we are experimenting, exchanging and learning through each other's knowledges and practices.
It's a place of research to answer one question,

We are inviting all of our guest to spend minimum 2 nights with us.
Why ?
Because The Laboratorio is a remote place with a highly charged energy. To be able to adapt to that new frequency, a minimum of 48 hours is recommended so you can really pause from the external world and receive all the benefits the land has to offer you.

Flexibility is key when it comes to following your own natural rythme and what feels good to you, this is why we provide a fully equipped kitchen is accessible at all times for all of our guest.
We also have a chaf along with and experienced kitchen team on site that will happily prepare for you lunch and dinner if you chose that option.
